THROWING PROGRAMS
***EACH WORKOUT IS CATERED TOWARD THE SPECIFIC QB(S) INVOLVED. I UNDERSTAND THAT EACH QB HAS A PARTICULAR SKILL-SET AND WORKS THROUGH EACH STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT AT A DIFFERENT PACE. A PRIVATE QUARTERBACK TRAINING REGIMEN GIVES A QB THE BEST CHANCE OF BEING NOTICED AND BECOMING ONE OF TOMORROWS ELITE PASSERS. NO MORE LONG LINES, LIMITED REPS AND STANDING AROUND. HERE AT THROW CO, I STRESS THE IMPORTANCE OF QUALITY REPS OVER QUANTITY ALL THE WHILE WORKING WITH EFFICIENCY TO MAXIMIZE REPS AND MINIMIZE THE TIME IN BETWEEN.***

***It is extremely evident that most of the elite quarterbacks, at the highest level of football, are not only great throwers but also great students of the game. Understanding the mental side (x’s & o’s) is the #1 way to differentiate you from other quarterbacks. I will give you the tools and strategies to know how to identify and attack any given defense.***
IN-SEASON TRAINING
Too many times we see young quarterbacks begin to regress or fall-back into old habits as the season rolls on. Our team needs us to be at our best when it counts (PLAYOFFS!). My in-season tune-up training allows quarterbacks to throw once a week and work on any specific issue that hindered them during a practice or game in the prior week(s).
